International employee mobility is becoming increasingly important for companies operating in foreign markets and represents a strategic tool for managing and developing human resources.

Assigning employees to group companies, clients or project sites abroad requires appropriate planning of employment law, contractual, tax and social security aspects, as well as healthcare coverage throughout the assignment.

The management of these matters depends on the destination country, the duration of the assignment and the arrangements under which the employee performs their work. Inadequate planning may expose companies to compliance risks, penalties and additional costs.

The webinar will provide companies with practical guidance on the main compliance requirements and solutions for effectively managing international employee assignments.
